Demorest Fire-Service Upgrade List Still Lacks a Recorded Council Decision

Demorest City Council heard a broad list of possible fire-service upgrades at its March 23, 2024 retreat, from a mini pumper and a conversion of Rescue 5 into a service truck to hydrant inspections, medical-response equipment and station repairs. But the signed retreat minutes do not record the council approving, funding or directing work on any of those items.
