Demorest approves shared parking deal with Piedmont for evenings and weekends

Demorest City Council unanimously approved a shared-parking agreement with Piedmont University on June 4, 2024, authorizing the city to enter the arrangement after a proposal to make three nearby lots available after 5 p.m. on weekdays and during weekends.
