Demorest Council Signals Support for Corrected Plat, but Formal Action Remains Unclear

Demorest City Council members signaled at their April 9, 2024 work session that they were inclined to allow a corrected plat involving S.W.M. Land Holding property after learning that an earlier administrative approval had not gone through the city’s process.
