More than two years after the Demorest Downtown Development Authority recorded a proposal to offer Jamie Allred a $750 lease, the public meeting entry still does not show whether the authority approved, rejected or completed the arrangement. The proposal appears in the DDA’s March 26, 2024 minutes, but the entry does not identify the property involved or record a final action.
