Holcomb’s Sign-Grant Request Remains Unresolved After Cornelia DDA Review Was Scheduled

Cornelia’s Downtown Development Authority placed Holcomb’s sign-grant application on its April 2024 agenda for review, creating a public record that the downtown business’s request had reached the authority.
