Cornelia’s 2019 Grant Agenda Leaves Proposed Project and Council Decision Unclear

Cornelia’s City Council placed a resolution authorizing an application for a 2019 Community Development Block Grant on its March 5, 2019 new-business agenda, putting a potential request for outside funding before the council. The agenda, however, did not identify the project the city hoped to finance, the part of Cornelia that might be affected or the council’s eventual decision.
