A proposed growler shop at 161 Hodges St. remains tied to an unresolved public-record question five years after it appeared on Cornelia City Commission agendas: whether the city ever acted on the requested rezoning. The commission’s June 1, 2021 consent agenda again listed a request to change the parcel from B-2 General Business to CBD Central Business District, but the agenda does not report a vote or final disposition.
