Cornelia commissioners were scheduled to consider J.G. Higdon Enterprise’s request on Nov. 3, 2020 to rezone property on Foster Street and Wayside Street from Agriculture to R-1-A. The agenda put the tract’s future zoning rules before the city’s governing body, but it does not record what action, if any, commissioners ultimately took.
