Cornelia’s planned $558,835 stormwater project for Pine Street and Ellis Street still has no documented outcome. The latest linked reference, a Cornelia Water Authority agenda dated Oct. 22, 2024, repeated that Higgins Construction had been awarded the work and that construction was expected between June and October, but it recorded no construction update, completion or result.
