County approval stalls Cornelia vote on Landbridge annexation

Cornelia’s Planning Commission was unable to vote on Landbridge Development’s annexation application in March 2024 because Habersham County had not approved the annexation. City staff told commissioners that the county had removed the matter from its monthly commission agenda, although Cornelia’s public hearing could continue.
