A proposed 48-unit apartment complex on 28.71 acres along Elrod Street in Cornelia remains without a documented city decision more than two years after Landbridge Development presented the plan. In an April 2024 meeting, Gary Hammond, representing Landbridge, described the multifamily proposal for parcel 112C019; the record identifies the presentation but does not show a later action on the project.
