Cornelia’s $1 million Alpine Trailer Park utility plan passed its deadline without a documented outcome

A $1 million plan to extend water and sewer infrastructure at Cornelia’s Alpine Trailer Park was scheduled to finish in October 2025, but the Water & Sewerage Authority agenda describing the work does not establish whether construction was completed, delayed, altered or left unfinished. The Water & Sewerage Authority’s agenda presents the project as an infrastructure investment intended to add substantial mains and a fire-protection connection to the treatment plant. But neither the agenda nor the material accompanying it records a position from trailer park residents, nearby property owners, the contractor or authority members on the project’s progress, scope changes or final condition.
