Cornelia’s Irvin Street PUD Request Remains Without a Public Outcome

More than a year after Cornelia placed ZKS Properties’ request for a Planned Unit Development at 318 Irvin St. on its August 2025 commission agenda, the public outcome remains unresolved. The agenda listed the request as Item 7 under new business, establishing that commissioners were scheduled to consider it, but it does not say whether they approved, denied, postponed or otherwise acted on the proposal.
