Cornelia PUD rezoning request for Hoyt and Irvin streets has no recorded outcome

A request by ZKS Properties to rezone 381 Hoyt St. and 463 Irvin St. in Cornelia to a planned unit development was placed before the city Planning Commission in July, according to the commission agenda. The corresponding minutes again identify the application, but neither document records what happened to it after it was listed.
