Cornelia’s Appletree Alley Plan Left Parking, Accessibility and Power Lines Unresolved

Cornelia’s most clearly documented action on Appletree Alley remains a June 2019 agenda proposal for a grant-funded streetscape remake along the alley behind Hodges Street buildings. The plan called for moving three power poles and their lines to the center island, rebuilding the parking area and expanding pedestrian and public-space features, but the agenda does not record a final decision or construction.
