Cornelia’s proposed GEFA loan amendment still lacks a documented decision

Cornelia’s City Commission listed a proposed amendment to GEFA Loan WS12L18WR under old business on its Jan. 7, 2020 agenda, but the agenda does not document what happened to the item. It records no vote, approval, rejection, deferral or other disposition, leaving the proposed change unresolved in the public record cited for the matter.

The unanswered question matters because an amendment to a city loan could change borrowing obligations that residents ultimately help finance.
