Cornelia agenda lists civil-rights conditions tied to agency financial assistance

Cornelia officials listed a set of civil-rights, equal-opportunity and environmental-justice conditions connected to Agency financial assistance for consideration in June 2019. The agenda said a grantee would have to complete several federal forms and meet nondiscrimination requirements before grant money could be obligated and before the project could be completed.
