Clarkesville water-services ordinance remains unverified after agenda mismatch

Clarkesville residents seeking an answer on a proposed ordinance about unauthorized use of municipal water services still do not have a documented council action to point to. The May 5, 2025 Mayor and City Council agenda cited for the matter lists consideration of a leash-requirements ordinance for dogs instead, not a water-services ordinance. That mismatch means the agenda cannot establish that Ordinance 2025-3 was discussed, adopted, rejected or otherwise acted on at that meeting.
