Clarkesville’s proposed Landers Street rezoning still lacks a recorded council outcome

Clarkesville’s Mayor and City Council scheduled a Dec. 9, 2024 consideration of a proposal to rezone 217 Landers St., identified as Map 104-046A, from R-2 Multi Family Residential to INS Institutional. The agenda placed the item before the council, but it does not show whether members approved, denied or otherwise acted on the request.
