A proposed shift toward multifamily residential zoning for a Morningside Drive parcel in Clarkesville remains without a recorded outcome in the notice that set the matter for public review. The Planning Commission was scheduled to hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 20, 2023, on changing Map & Parcel 104 297 from R-1, Single Family Residential, to R-2, Multiple Family Residential; City Council consideration was scheduled for Oct. 2.
