Clarkesville’s Lockwood Street one-way proposal still has no recorded decision

Clarkesville City Council scheduled discussion and a vote on Feb. 3, 2025, on a proposal to make part of Lockwood Street one-way. More than a year later, the public agenda documenting that work session still does not show whether council voted, what it decided or whether traffic on the affected segment changed.
