The new owners of the residence at 308 Amilee Graves Cir, in the Old Town Preservation District, asked the Clarkesville Planning Commission to approve a facade alteration.
At its November 12, 2025 meeting, the Planning Commission heard from Matt Mixon, who was in attendance to discuss the alteration, and voted 3-0 to approve it.
