Habersham Shoals proposal sought denser development, but Clarkesville action remains unknown

Clarkesville’s Planning Commission scheduled a Feb. 14, 2023 public hearing on a request to raise the maximum residential density for Land Lots 3 and 4 in Habersham Shoals from 10.00 to 12.36 units per acre. The agenda placed the R-2 district proposal before the commission at its 5:30 p.m. meeting, but it does not record whether the hearing occurred or whether commissioners acted.
