Clarkesville’s Utility-Relocation Rules Remain Unsettled Without Recorded Council Action

Clarkesville City Council placed proposed rules for coordinating utility-facility relocations on its March 6, 2023 agenda, but a recorded council decision has yet to establish whether those terms ever became policy. The proposal addressed the movement of a utility company’s distribution facilities, transmission lines and structures when they conflict with city work.
