Carnesville Weighs Housing-Size Rules for Duplexes and Apartments

Carnesville City Council opened a public hearing July 1, 2025, on a proposed change to the city’s zoning text that would set or revise minimum square-footage requirements for two-family dwellings, apartments and condominiums.
