Carnesville minutes do not establish community-center fee decision

Carnesville’s Feb. 4, 2025 City Council minutes do not establish that the council adopted new Friday–Sunday community-center rental fees or damage deposits, despite the issue’s earlier description of such a decision. The minutes identify Mayor Missy Holbrook and council members Sherri Cheek, Gabbie McFarlin, Mike Barrett and Wesley Dove as present, then record a unanimous vote to approve the meeting agenda. They do not, in the documented passage, record a motion or vote on the community-center rates.
