Carnesville approves smaller lots for proposed Harrison Bridge subdivision

Carnesville City Council unanimously approved Lula Capital LLC’s requested variance for the proposed Harrison Bridge Subdivision on March 4, 2025, authorizing a 20% reduction in the minimum lot area from 15,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet per lot and a reduction in minimum lot width. The meeting minutes say Barrett moved to approve the request, McFarlin seconded it, and the motion passed without opposition.
