Baldwin authorizes water-system monitoring upgrades, but completion remains unclear

Baldwin authorized Process Worx on July 8, 2025, to move forward with supervisory control and data acquisition, or SCADA, improvements for the city’s water distribution and treatment system. The city meeting minutes describe work intended to give operators real-time system data and alarms; they also say the retrofit had begun and that the raw-water control panel was complete.
