Baldwin City Council placed a memorandum of understanding with the Habersham County Board of Education for fuel purchasing on its November 3, 2025 meeting agenda.
The meeting packet includes a draft interagency agreement under which Baldwin would buy gasoline through the Board of Education. The city would pay the Board a fee of 5% per gallon based on the actual cost of the fuel Baldwin consumes.
