Baldwin City Council voted 4-0 on May 12, 2025, to amend its agenda and add a New Business item labeled “Consideration/Approval of Clean Up Day Budget Amendment.” The published meeting minutes document that unanimous agenda action, but they do not show that the council subsequently approved the budget amendment itself.
