The story

In March 2025, the Baldwin City Council voted 5-0 to authorize city staff to put paving work for Banks Ridge, Banks Highland, Banks Terrace, Highland Pointe and Dawn Place out to bid. The council separately authorized bidding the Highland Pointe Subdivision paving project the same night.

In May 2025, as a related repair item, the council voted 4-0 to award a Highland Pointe manhole grade-adjustment contract to Keener Construction for $11,575, funded through LMIG funds.
