Baldwin resident seeks answers on Highway 105 water pressure and hydrant access

Baldwin City Council heard a request March 10, 2025, for answers on recurring water-pressure problems along Highway 105 and for additional fire hydrants in the area. Keith Freeman of 879 Harmony Church Road asked whether the city planned to replace the waterlines and add hydrants, telling council members that the closest functional hydrant to his home was about two miles away.
