Baldwin Council Approved Sangoma Contract, but Terms Remain Unclear

Baldwin City Council approved a contract with Sangoma and authorized the city’s CAO to execute it during its Sept. 9, 2024 meeting, according to the meeting minutes. Alice Venter made the motion, Kerri Davis seconded it, and the measure carried 4-0. The vote gives the city’s chief administrative officer authority to move the agreement forward, but the minutes account does not describe the contract’s cost, services or final terms.
