Baldwin Delays Decision on Third Raw-Water Intake Pump Refurbishment

Baldwin postponed consideration of refurbishing its third raw-water intake pump on Aug. 5, 2025, after city staff said they had not received all of the requested price quotes. At that evening’s work session, staff said the pump needed refurbishment and asked that the proposal be removed from the council agenda rather than considered without complete pricing.
