Baldwin’s vehicle-lease funding remains unresolved in public minutes

Baldwin City Council considered new funding for the city’s vehicle-lease program at its Nov. 12, 2024 meeting, placing the financing of city vehicles before elected officials without recording a final decision in the published minutes.
