Baldwin selects contractor for Banks Ridge–Highland Pointe paving, but no work date is set

Baldwin City Council unanimously selected All About Asphalt for the Banks Ridge–Highland Pointe paving project on Aug. 5, 2025, approving Resolution #2025-07168R in a 4-0 vote. Alice Venter made the motion and Erik Keith seconded it; the meeting minutes say council members raised no further questions or comments before the vote.
