Baldwin City Council approves temporary entertainment district for Fall Festival

The City Council's Sept. 9 agenda and packet included a resolution to establish a temporary downtown entertainment district for the 2025 Fall Festival, which would allow Los Cerritos Mexican Restaurant to serve alcohol with food during the event.

At a work session the same day, the council discussed the resolution, framed around allowing Los Cerritos to serve alcohol with food during the festival.

The City Council then approved the resolution, 2025-09171R, by a 5-0 vote, establishing the temporary district as depicted in an attached exhibit.
