Alto put utility right-of-way rules before officials, but no decision is documented

Town of Alto placed two measures governing utility activity in public rights-of-way before officials at its March 11, 2025 meeting: adoption of a GMA right-of-way ordinance and consideration of a GMA utility right-of-way encroachment permit. The town’s agenda establishes that the items were scheduled for consideration, but it does not document a vote, approval or other final action.
